Classic Forge servers, 1.2.5 to 1.7.10, converted ahead of time: they start in seconds and idle on a fraction of the memory. Get a native program that needs no Java, or a portable build for Java 21. Every mod was login-tested first.

Your builds

How it works
§ 03Done once. Fast every time.
Why
Modded servers from the classic Forge era ran on Java 8, rewrote their own code every time they started, and needed minutes and gigabytes to get going. EMO does that work once, ahead of time, and hands you the finished server.
Portable build
Runs on Java 21 on Windows, macOS, Linux and ARM. Pick where it will run to get the right start script (start.bat, start.command or start.sh), and include Java 21 so nothing needs installing.
Native build
A single program, no Java at all. Starts fastest, uses the least memory. GraalVM only builds for the machine it runs on, so native servers are for 64-bit Intel/AMD Linux, and they take longer: minutes for small sets, up to an hour for a full 1.7.10 pack.
Tested twice
Every mod in the list was started on a server and a test player logged in before it was offered. Your build is test-booted again with a player before you get the download. Read the 1.7.10 report.
What you get
A folder with the server, its mods and configs, and a start script. Every server includes the small EMO mod: a startup notice, a join message and /emo (/emo mods lists what is loaded).
Keep it private
The downloads contain the mods' code, built from files on the build host. Use them for your own server and do not redistribute them. One build runs at a time; each visitor can have one queued or running.
